Crisis?

Can't believe that it's three months since I last put hands to keyboard on here.

Just when we think that life is back to 'normal' along comes the fuel problems - problems mainly fuelled by the media!

Pleae be assured that we are still here, willing and able to take calls and messages, send you out sales vidoes and basically anything our customers want.  I can deliver, post, courier anything you require from our stocks.

Time Flies

It really does!

Work continues on the Community space, seating for six to have a coffee/cake and a natter is now in place, we've got scarves galore and picnic 'stuff' for sale in there at the moment and the jigsaw has been started - I'm loving it.  The kitchen has been painted and the electrics checked and brought up to current regulations and Amber has completed her hygeine certificate.  Once the cooker is in then it's all systems go. Footfall continues to grow in the shop as more and more people venture out, we win out there by never being full of folk but also we give them a huge welcome and not just because we think we'll relieve them of their money.

We're here is you need us

Lockdown eases

It's great to think that we have a little more freedom to move about but at the same time its a little scary.

Funny how we all took this freedom of movement lark for granted but in some ways I think that we will all appreciate it a bit more now

Polytunnel

Looks like the next step is on it's way - polytunel all set to be purchased to provide a small income when I retire in 5 years time.  Area secured, started clearance and creating a bit of a woodland garden with some of the rubbish.  What a project, I'm loving it!

Seeds

New seeds planted every day, fast running out of room so bought a couple of stands.  I must be extra thick or the instructions extra confusing.  I look at the instructions then the pieces and still can't make head nor tail of it.  going to try again this afternoon.  Time to pot on the courgtte plants too and then get the tomatoes sown
